Plan, read and act on your space

Draw your floor plan to scale, set true north, and see every room’s zone and reading as you go. Then print a full report with the zone wheel, entrances, zonal strength and room schedule.

Sixteen zones with their elements. Highlighted entrances are the ones the sources call auspicious.

What is this?

A set of Vastu tools around one floor plan: draw it to scale, set true north, read each room by zone, check the main entrance, and print a report.

How Vastu Shastra reads it

Readings follow the sixteen-zone method: the plot is divided into sixteen 22.5° zones around its centre, and each room is read by the zone it sits in. Entrances are read on the ring of 32 padas. Zonal strength compares how much floor area falls in each zone against the average. Where the sources are silent, for example on exact marma positions or on how to read a door that spans two padas, the tools say so instead of guessing.

Questions

›Do I need an exact plan?

A to-scale sketch is enough. Draw the outer walls and rooms, mark the main door, and set true north. You can trace over a photo of your plan and calibrate it to a known length.

›Why does true north matter?

Every zone is measured from true north. A few degrees can move a room or a door into the next zone or pada.

›Are the readings final advice?

They show what published sources say about each placement. For construction decisions, consult a qualified architect or Vastu consultant.
